How I climbed 3000-foot vertical wall - without ropes

Alex Honnold achieved one of his goals; to climb El Cap in California in comfortable.
He started to climb at a gym when he was ten years old and he started free solo climbing after graduating from a school.
At first, he saw a high wall and thought that he need more preparations but he skipped them and took adventures.
Before he climbed El Cap, he achieved 2000-foot wall.
When he achieved the summit, there were many hiker so he surprised them.
He wasn't satisfied because he wanted to be a great climber but not a lackey climber.
In his opinion, when it comes to climbing without ropes, minds are more important than physical abilities because there is s possibility being died without being calm.
Visualizations are also important.
He imaged the feeling when he step on some rocks.
He practiced climbing with ropes to step difficult rocks automatically.
Owing these his efforts, he could climb El Cap with hearing birds songs or breezing.
